The 354m2 main house is fully air conditioned throughout.

The master bedroom and bedroom two each have a king bed and ensuite bathroom, while the third bedroom, has a king and single bed.

The adjoining Guest Wing (64m2) can accommodate up to a further 6 people.
The spacious, open living area offers plenty of space and separate seating areas for couples or family groups to do their own thing. The full length enclosed verandah is a spectacular sitting/dining area for up to 14 people, with panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding islands.
The fully equipped kitchen is suitable for gourmet catering and a chef may be available on request. Equipment includes microwave, dishwasher, Dual Expobar Italian
coffee machine and fridge freezer. Butlers walk in pantry also has more refrigeration to keep your Tusker's cold.
If you prefer to dine al fresco, the outside BBQ and dining area seats 6 and opens on to the beautiful surrounding gardens.
